Common pricing questions
Do you charge a management fee when my property is vacant?
No. We only collect our management fee when we collect rent from your tenant. No rent, no fee — simple as that.
What is the leasing fee?
One month's rent with a minimum of $750. This is a one-time fee charged when a new tenant is placed. You do not pay until we have a signed lease and funds received from the tenant.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in full transparency. Our complete fee schedule is available to download above. All fees are disclosed upfront before you sign with us.
What do I need to pay upfront to get started?
Just the onboarding fee and a $500 property reserve fund per property. Everything else comes out of future collected rent. No large upfront investment required.
